Toxico-kinetics (TK): In brief, TK provides an estimate assessment of the rate with which a drug which enters along with the relative effect on the body. This niche was only a part of the toxicological assessment but it had gained importance with increasing understanding on the cells internal environment. TK is coupled with PK to understand the effect of drug on the organism.
